The Management Board is responsible for the strategy and management of Kriddha. IT, Consulting and Outsourcing activities are overseen, both commercially and operationally.
The Supervisory Board supervises the Company’s Management. From a strategic as well as operational perspective. This means that they closely monitor the following:
- the realization of objectives
- the strategy and risks involved in the various activities
- the set up and functioning of the Internal Risk Management System
- evaluation and approval of the Financial Reporting on an annual basis
- compliance with laws and regulations

Corporate Social Responsibility is an important aspect in Kriddha’s strategic policy. As a knowledge supplier, we play a leading role in developing innovative solutions to socially relevant issues. The following three principles are the cornerstones of our social involvement.

With our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy we wish to contribute to solving socially relevant issues in a creative and innovative way. We have consciously chosen not to offer financial aid to social issues, but to stimulate solving these issues with innovative and viable business solutions from our own wealth of knowledge and experience.
We show that concrete solutions are possible. The successes that we achieve inspire other parties to follow our example or to participate. By implementing and professionalizing solutions and then handing them over to companies who incorporate them into their existing operations for example. Our program has a ripple effect and our knowledge propels others forward.
