Kriddha Technologies Employee Referral Program gives our company the opportunity to hire quality candidates through referrals from our own employee’s. In recognition of the value of referrals from existing employee’s, any employee making a successful referral will be given a $1000 cash reward after 90 days of satisfactory employment of the referred candidate

ELIGIBILITY

The program is open to all Kriddha Technologies employee’s with the exception of human resources employee’s and company officers Manager’s and directors are eligible for the referral reward only if a department other than the one they have responsibility for employee’s the person referred and hired. Friends and family of employee’s of Kriddha Technologies are eligible for our $1000 reward if they refer someone and that person is hired

PAYMENTS - FOR EMPLOYEES

Payments will be made 90 days after referral employee joins the company if the referral employee remains on the company payroll. Payments will be made in US dollars and paid with the referring employee’s next scheduled payroll payment. Taxes will be taken out of this amount and reported on the employee’s Form W-2 at year-end. .
