Deploy and maintain critical applications on cloud-native micro services architecture. Install
and configure micro-services/monolithic Java applications on different platforms (AIX, Solaris, Linux, Windows)
and different modes (standalone, Active-Passive and Active-Active) conforming to project standards and requirements.
Implement automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code.
Write automation scripts using Bash Perl and Unix shell for automating processes.
Work with Infra-structure as code and setup continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
Use GIT/Bitbucket/Jenkins. Responsible for working with customers, developers, testers, and project management.
Work with business process modelling language. Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration,
system/data backup, and disaster recovery. Responsible for highly available, fault-tolerant systems at scale
Require:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or
closely related field. Five years of progressive experience in any role involving analysis, design, documentation and development of
business and custom applications using Java monolithic/micro-services. Advanced working knowledge of GIT, Jenkins, IBM Sterling Integrator,
IBM Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Connect Direct, automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines);
Shell Scripting and Business Process Modeling Language; debugging and problem solving; system development methodologies,
techniques and tools; Linux/Unix. Work assignments may be in various unanticipated work locations in the US.
